Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and KURTOGLU OTOMOTIV TURIZM INSAAT SAN VE TIC LTD STI (“Kurtoglu Apps”, “we”), Kazım Karabekir Cad. No:27/4, İskitler, 06070 Altındağ/Ankara, Türkiye. By installing or using one of our apps you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the apps. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use our apps on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, in line with these terms.

Accounts

Some apps let you create an account. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

Purchases and subscriptions

• All payments are handled by Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play, including any taxes Google collects.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. Cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• Deleting an app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use our apps to break the law, to harm or harass others, to try to get into systems or data you are not allowed to access, to copy, reverse-engineer or resell the apps except where the law permits it, or to disrupt the apps for other people.

Your content

What you create in our apps stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, back up and show it to you when you use features such as sync. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

Our property

The apps, their design, code, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them except the licence above.

Third-party services

Our apps may use services from other companies, such as Google Play, Firebase, AdMob and maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them. Free apps may show ads.

Updates and availability

We update our apps to fix problems, add features and keep up with Android. We may change or stop offering an app or a feature. If we stop a paid feature you have already paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and, where the law requires, a refund for the unused period.

Disclaimers

We work to keep our apps accurate and reliable, but we provide them “as is”. Calculators, estimates, reminders and guides are aids, not professional advice: check important measurements, maintenance and travel details yourself before you rely on them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not back up. Our total liability for any claim related to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending these terms

You can stop using our apps at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts that Turkish law provides, and if you live in the EU or UK you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
